Your strangest habits.

Postby Chase-san » Wed Jun 24, 2009 6:39 am

This is a thread to post some of your strangest (or atleast most interesting) habits.

I will start... I used to collect computer viruses. Mostly for no other reason as my anti-virus allowed me to do so. I had about 1800 collected on a old 5 gb hard drive. Most of them stuck in zip or other archives to render then inert. That drive has long since died, but it was a strange habit.

Also a strange preference...
In my opinion, I would rather get a computer virus with a nice tune/beat to it, and was made by a very competent programmer then one that hides away silently and was made very badly. Because most of those made my competent programmers tend to not to overly moronic things (like lock you out of the computer), and do more useful things (like make your computer a zombie). While I cannot say live and let live in this case, if I HAVE to get a virus.. thats my preference.
and no, I do not facilitate the use of a thesaurus.

I'm very OCD about water. I have to be completely wet or completely dry. If I get even a few drops on me, I have to dry them off.

I also collect the little bumps in the middle of the road... I call them turtles!

Also, for Chase:

I have another habit! I don't cut my fingernails. I let them grow until they break off. Kinda gross, but my nails are abnormally weak, so they don't get insanely long.

Ever since I saw that, I wanted to make one. Sadly, I do not have the hardware to support such a VM network.

I guess that makes it not a strange habit I have, but a strange habit I want.
